Commercial EPC - key factors
When providing you with a fixed price for your Commercial EPC we take into consideration the four key factors:-

All the factors dictate the time we spend on site surveying the building and subsequently back in the office undertaking the calculations, then finally preparing your report. A Commercial EPC is different to a Domestic EPC, they are more complex and require higher level of qualifications to undertake.

Commercial EPC - all buildings are different
As an example you can have two buildings of similar size:-

| Hotel, circa 3000 sq metres with 30 bedrooms and associated areas such as kitchens, corridors etc which could take a full day or more to survey. Back in the office there could be two to three days of calculations preparing the report. | Warehouse or distribution centre, circa 3000 sq metres which is primarily a large storage area supplemented by a couple of offices and staff facilities. This could be surveyed in about 4 hours. The time spent in the office could be about a day. |
Commercial EPC - at a fair, competitive price
The prices will be different. The price of the Commercial EPC will reflect the time spent on your project. You can always be certain the price we offer will be fixed, fair and very competitive.
In order to provide you with a price we will need a couple of minutes of your time. We will ask the key questions during which time we will almost certainly take a ‘Google’ view and provide you with a fixed price, which we will confirm in writing.
No upfront payment - no hidden extras
Only when the Report is completed do we ask for payment. There are no upfront fees to pay. The price we quote you is for the full service. Don't be caught out by people who quote you a price for the survey and then come back to you at the end asking for more money for the EPC Certificate.
