In order to produce the Commercial EPC’s, we as the assessor’s or energy surveyor’s must be both qualified and accredited by schemes approved by the Department for Communities and Local Government. In addition we have full professional indemnity insurance.
We are accredited with the three major accreditation organisations, Elmhurst Energy Ltd, Stroma Certification Ltd and Quidos Ltd and are routinely audited.
Our surveys are regularly audited by independent organisations in order to ensure they achieve or exceed the standards set.
