Whilst price isn't everything we believe in providing you with a fair price for a professional service helps us to stand out from the crowd.

The questions to ask yourself could be:-

do we know the company or have they been recommended by someone whose judgement and experience we value. See Who we work with.

have they given you a written fixed price quotation

when you speak to them do they understand your business and your requirements

do they want paying before they complete your survey

do you get electronic reports only or are you provided with full printed pack, laminated certificate and Client Report

No upfront payment - no hidden extras

Only when the Report is completed do we ask for payment. There are no upfront fees to pay. The price we quote you is for the full service. Don't be caught out by people who quote you a price for the survey and then come back to you at the end asking for more money for the EPC Certificate.
